It is to be used after washing the face and before using serum or moisturizer.

It cleans the skin, gives it a relaxed and fresh feeling and maintains the correct PH balance as well as the natural moisture balance of the skin. The Bio Marine Facial Toner removes any last trace of dirt, grime or impurities. Using it daily and regularly, can improve the skin appearance and pores tightness. INSTRUCTIONS for using the Bio Marine Facial Toner:
To use the Bio Marine Facial Toner, the best way is to soak a ball of cotton with some toner liquid. Swipe the soaked cotton gently and thoroughly all over the face and neck. The Dead Sea Toner should be used after washing the face with facial soap, and before moisturizing the skin with your serum or facial cream. Another way of using the toner is by dropping few drops into the hand palms and soaking it carefully by pressing it into the face and neck skin.
Bio Marine Facial Toner can be used twice a day (morning and evening). If the skin feels a bit dry, try using it only once day.
The Dead Sea Facial Toner is recommended for all skin types.
